Hi there.I am from Greece and I ve tried the De lorme cycle for 8 weeks.
I do this routine occasionaly as a break between Mike mentzer’s HIT,heavy 3X3,and Dorian Yates HIT routines.
I think that the souped De Lorme is outstanding,as i became strong and big through those sessions.
I used to be a weightlifter when i was younger so I have some back pain problems from time to time.Cause of this can’t practice DL properly so I’ve tried to do some bent over Yates rows instead of DL.
I think that Yates row is a hell of exercise for the overall back developmet (exept those Gironda’s sternum chins)
I wanna ask you if i can train the Delorme cycle more than once in a year
tnx guys
