Kettlebell book or video?
Posted on June 8th, 2009I am curious about the contents of the Russian Kettlebell Challenge book vs. the video or DVD. I understand that the scientific "proof" of the benefits of kettle bell lifting are not entirely known. Given that, I'm curious as to the contents of the book vs. the contents of the video. I have read Pavel Tsatsouline's MILO article on kettlebell lifting.
