Hi. I used to do the Starting Strength weightlifting program but I can’t go to the gym anymore (lack of monetary funds ) so I’m looking into bodyweight exercises. I want to do strength training (no 20 rep exercises) for my whole body. I can deadlift 160kg and squat 130kg. I’d like to find a routine developed by an experienced coach (like Rippetoe’s Starting Strength was) but all I can find online are progressions for single exercises (pull-ups, push-ups etc) and descriptions of exercises. The only thing that fits my needs is this: Bodyweight Drills for Muscular Development: A Bodyweight Strength Training article from Dragon Door Publications but I’d like to see more alternatives.
