I like working out with my 16kg kettlebell but i feel it may not get the results i require (building muscle) The thing is , i have a set of barbells/dumbbells and i dont really enjoy using them:(
I understand though that i will probably get better muscle gain from using them.So i may start doing a few exercises to compliment my kettlebell training. Im doing the PM at the moment.
I do understand you can do the same dumbell exercises with a kettlebell, but i enjoy doing the clean,snatch and swing with the kettlebell and would rather use my dumbbell that.
Do any of you use barbell/dumbbells alongside your kettlebell training and if so what exercises do you do and why?:)
