Mon Light day
Wed – Heavy day
Fri – Medium day
Variety days
Tue – Pistols, deadlifts, TGU
Thur – as above.
I am thinking of keeping the TGU to under ten mins practice but working up to a 36kg bell. The deads will be 2 or 3 heavy sets of 5. The Pistols will be no more than 4/5 sets of 5.
