I wonder how heavy (percent of 1RM or 10RM, etc) I should start a "Fatigue Cycling" routine (from "Beyond Bodybuilding")?
I understand I should do a balls to the wall approach regarding pull-ups (4XRM for Workout A) but what about the Bench Presses (it is written 1X12, 4X8 – it is 12RM and 8RM, and I should try to overcome this every workout or I should start with a lighter weight such 15RM and 10RM and slowly build up), etc? Or I should go "by feel" at first? I guess whatever the answer might be it applies for ‘Powerlift Based Program’, ‘Never Lie Down To Train’ routine, etc….
