I will try this program listed in hardstyle magazine, but i have a doubt:
- In the board on monday its 2×10**, (** 2×10 means two sets of five.One squat and one press equal one rep)
Its just like that or it is maybe wrong and 2×10 means 10 reps of the two exercises combined and not 5 reps.
If anyone have already try it please post how you do it.
