So, what I am starting to believe is that I might be better off adjusting my eating window… if I want to do fasting.
Or, I could do what I did the last time which was… 2 eggs for breakfast, 1 dollar double cheeseburger for lunch, some peanuts inbetween as needed for snacks and… whatever my wife cooked for dinner but not overeating. I got more ripped on that diet than I am on this fast-5 thing albeit this is quite an experience. I am thinking its possible it makes sense to do a noon to 8 pm thing like on leangains eight hour window. At least then I would get two meals in and not lose so fast. Well I am not sure exactly what I will do but feel like I am learning a lot. I do want to get stronger and would love to be able to see my abs. Seems Fast 5 is a bit too severe for me the way I was doing it. (Basically eating supper and then maybe cottage cheese later in the night…)
