Is it possible to combine the 12 week program in ETK with heavy resistance training?
By heavy resistance training I mean 4-6 sets of 3-4 reps (80 or 85% of 1 RM) . . . say two exercises per body part.
So for example ETK on M,W,F and resistance training Tuesday, Thursday and Sat . . . with Sunday off.
I’m just curious how much recovery is needed after an ETK session . . . is it a stand-alone program or can it be combined with other work?
