After I did that first ladder to 4 today, I felt like I could have done my 2nd ladder up to 4 as well, but from what I understand, I should only increase one ladder at a time each week.
The mantra on this forum seems to be: "Follow the program, don’t get greedy and you’ll see the results". So I’m thinking I was right to not do my second ladder up to 4 rungs. But I also wonder if my body is recovering, and I’m ready for a bigger load, why not?
My other question is, how far can one go on the ROP with the pull-ups? I started with an 8k weighted pull-up, but I’m curious how much weight people have done following the ROP.
