I am currently doing the ROP and am working with a 28kg KB which I just purchased. This is my first week with it and I’ve done Easy and Moderate day with 30 seconds between rungs, about 90-120 seconds between ladders. 5 ladders at 3, 5 ladders at 4. I think conservatively, I’ll be able to do 5 ladders of 5 within a couple of workouts. I’ve been doing rows instead of pullups due to a jammed finger. Once I get to 5 ladders of 5, should I immediately move up in weight or do it for a couple of weeks?
Secondly, can double clean and press be substituted? I have 2 24 kg and was thinking instead of immediately buying the 32, I could do this.
