Since a long time I have the book ETK, Last week I ordered The Russian Kettlebell Challenge.
Was wondering if this was the right decision, I mean, is The Russian Kettlebell Challenge a follow-up to the ETK, and are there other exercises in that book TRKC?
Because I am a martial artist and dont want to spend all my time to strength/endurance but I have to get stronger.
So what book is better for a martial artist?
And what about the book Convict Conditioning and Power to the People Proffesional?
I have the normal Power to the People and I like the simplicity. Is Power to the people proffesional the same or better for martial artists?
And is that a good book to supplement martial arts?
As I said, I dont want to spend hours a day just doiing supllementary training but I want to gain some strenght/muscles.
Bottomline, what would be the best book for martial artist who want to get stronger/musculair and having more endurance without sepnding hours on that.
Every advice is more then welcome because I read so much good things about all these books but I am a martial artist in the first place and want to make a good decision.
