ETK + Convict Condition = suggestions?

I’ll keep this short, but I’ve started training for the RKC cert in Orlando in October, but being that I’m also a huge fan of Convict Conditioning, I really want to mix the two. My local RKC suggested that I do Convict Conditioning on my variety days, which is what I’ve been doing so far. However, I’d like to design a hybrid system of the two for my main days in order to leave my variety days free to practice a few other lifts.

Also, I’m considering an approach toward CC that is much like ETK – with heavy, light, and medium days to help me progress.

Thoughts/suggestions on any of the above? Has anyone else tried anything that they’ve found has worked well?
