Quick backround.
I am a 42 yr old male 5′9" – 148lbs. and been doing KBs 3 yrs. I did ETK w/ the 24k awhile ago. I purchased the 32k and it has been my nemisis ever since. I just couldn’t press it. I broke down and purchased the 28k. I was able to do 5 ladders of 5rungs out of the box(not easy but did get it done). Still couldn’t press the 32k more than once. Finally I just quit using the 32k much , some swings, getups, ect but mostly put it away. Picked it up the other day and I’ll be damned if I didn’t press it for reps. So I have started ETK w/ it. That has always been one of my main KB goals. Maybe it will help me put on some mass – maybe. Anyway I really can’t snatch it for reps. I always have done ETK with same weight for all aspects. Any problems using 24k for snatches or should I do very few reps w/ the 32k. Thanks
