Dragon Door rejected my complaint

John DuCane recently posted that no DD employee would make certain statements about their DVD products so I forwarded him the email where they did so. Tonight I got the following "bounce" from their mail server. I know that this is going to irritate some of you but Tovarich that is tough. Notice that all of the emails are in the bounce.

I still consider it a bait and switch since the course materials are not supplied. I am barred from taking the course to get the materials by a physical handicap.

Doug,

The only way to get such course materials is actually to attend the event.

The DVDs are meant as an introduction to your course and whet your appetite to want to learn more.

It’s not to be used for Certification, as only earning your RKC and then attending an CK-FMS course is the only way to actually become Certified.

We do not supply the referenced course materials though.

Best,
