Double Bell Intro question

Hey guys,

Had a quick question. I am looking into sources that would give me a good intro/foundation into beginning doubles work. Up until now I have been doing singles (ETK & ROP; Kettlebell Burn, etc.) and am thinking it would be fun to do doubles, not only for the variety, but for the potential for building more muscle and burning more fat as a result. Geoff Neupert’s "KB Muscle" would be great, but he himself suggested being rather proficient at doubles work before attempting, so that’s my aim – to learn doubles and get better at it.

I was looking at Mahler’s 2 DVD’s (Solution for Size and Strength, and Solution for Fat Loss and Mental Toughness) as both are double bell-based and essentially teach the beginner (which I am…..at least with doubles). Was wondering if anyone has any experience with either and if they could give a recommendation. For anyone who has tried both, is either one better or are they both good and complimentary?

I would love to burn fat AND build muscle…my assumption is that if I went with the Size and Strength video alone, I would build muscle, which in turn would burn fat (and therefore not require me to buy the 2nd DVD specifically for fat loss) – of course, this is only my assumption. Would you think I would need to get both DVDs?

Any and all help regarding this matter would be GREATLY appreciated.
