Didn’t Own It and I’m Glad

Cycled back on VWC to 15:15 and hit 80 sets on Monday. Wanted to own it, so I went for 80 sets on Wednesday. Got it and went for the same today. I could have gotten it (60 sets), BUT realized I was heaving, not swinging, high pulling and punching through. It took a couple of sessions, but now I know what to look for. I was running a chainsaw and splitting wood a lot this week, so the extra fatigue and all the sets showed the flaws in my technique. I was still chasing reps, subconsciously. How do you own it?
