This is my current routine:

M – Front Squat (5×5), Deadlift (3×5), Overhead Press (5×5)

W- Dumbbell Snatches and Dumbbell Push Presses (I train this for time -up to 30 minutes and I treat it as a practice session), Goblet Squats (5×5), Swings (3×10-20), TGUs (2×3)

F – Front Squat (5×5), Deadlift (3×5), Overhead Press (5×5)
