Couple of Questions

I’m going to be starting the ROP in a couple of weeks with the 24kg after doing an extended PM in order to get my conditioning and form back in order after a lay off.I have a couple of questions and would appreciate any advice I can get from the Party.

What are some good variety day excercises?I dont own any free weights,what I do have:a heavybag,a jump rope, 35lb and 53lb kb’s,a sledehammer and a big ass tire.I’d like to do some tire flipping/sledge work,anybody have a good routine?

What are the Party’s opinions on creatine?I was considering it but would like to get some advice from someone experienced.What brands are the best?

Lastly,like most of us,I want to get RKC certified eventually but the HKC is more realistic in the short term.Is it worth getting the HKC before the RKC?Thanks for the advice guys,its always invaluable.
