Hey Y’all
For all those familiar with Leg Raises, CC or not, I’m sure you’re all aware how you must not hang limply, but keep your shoulder girdle tight. I don’t have a sufficiently high enough pull-up bar, or anything sturdy enough to hang safely from with my feet dangling. I used a makeshift PVC brace to add height to the door frame pull-up bar, but it wasn’t safe.
My solution: Pull myself up until my feet are hanging, and I’m in a half-pullup position. This is challenging, and I’ll even venture into the realm of fun. Works the grip, arms, shoulders, the midsection of course, and floods the entire body with isometric tension, making you stronger.
I did this yesterday and am rather sore.
Any comments, questions, concerns, freak-outs? lol
