i started out on this journey medio dec09, and find this program very precious.
i have followed Coach Wades outline, except for squats where i do this after my pistols:TMUSCLE.com | Hungarian Oak Leg Blast
i have also started on bridge and handstand pushup, but staying on step 2 on bridges-straight bridge& step 3 on hspu-wall handstands( just without the wall)
otherwise it looks like this:
squat – Master step, intermidiate 2 set # 10 reps
pushups – step 4, intermidiate 2 set# 12 ( most difficult exercise for me )
pullups – step 9, beginner 1 set# 3
leg raise – step 6, progression level 2 set# 15reps
my body feels as good as ever, dont have to worry so much about food and sleep as when i was doing heavy lifting. and in a couple of months i will look exactly as i did when i was at my best. reminds me of an extended version of Pavels Naked Warrior.
every fourth day i do my swings, Bud Jeffrey style. just keep going for as long as i can without setting the bell down, short break and on again-until i only have a little left " in the bank"
i really enjoy the many threads about CC-ill think this program is here to stay:)
