Convict Conditioning Technique

Must admit, I was resting during the push-up sets, which made it easier to get some totals. After some recent posts regarding technique, I reviewed mine, both in cadence and lack of pauses, and it really makes a big difference. Must resist the urge to press on too quickly, and keep the reps pure. I’ve always sucked at push-ups, and pull-ups, and this really is providing a strong base on which to build up. I feel like I’ll be on horizontal pulls for a few years!!. Presently working level 2 push-ups, level one leg raises, and the above for pull-ups. After a surgery last fall, I’m noticing improved upper body muscle mass, which has been commented upon by my wife. This without even doing the difficult levels! Great program! Good exercise in discipline as well.
