One of the things I like about Dragon Door is that as well as offering printed and DVD instruction, it is also commited to "hands on" training in its body of techniques. RKC certification has become a matter of great respect in the fitness world. I’ve considered certification myself, but the time/life circumstances have not yet been right for me. It’s a shame, because the title "RKC" equals instant credibility to many people.
I wonder if Dragon Door is planning any Convict Conditioning training camps? I am a big fan of the book, and would really enjoy learning the finer points of some of the movements with a true expert. I would travel quite a way to make this happen.
I would also be proud to be "certificated" in the Progressive Calisthenics method. Is there any chance of this?
