Convict Conditioning baby steps

Who has started on the early stages of Convict Conditioning? How are you doing sticking to the "baby steps"?

So far I like the baby steps just fine. If I concentrate on what I’m doing, even the super-easy stuff feels like work that’s building a foundation. Joints feel good too.

If I didn’t have boxing to make me feel like I’m "doing something" every day, I might find abbreviated workouts with early-stage simple movements kind of frustrating — but luckily, I’ve got both the boxing and (accordingly) the patience …
