Convict Cond & VWC question

Hey guys, I just spent the past 3 1/2 months doing the ROP workout from ETK. AFter a 2 week active rest thought it might be smart to do a different workout for about 2-3 months. I decided to do the Convict Conditioning workout (the 3 day a week workout from the book) and for cardio was considering doing VWC 2-3 times a week on the days I’m not doing CC. Any thoughts on this workout plan or advice? Would really like to hear you guys thoughts, thanks!
