On page 137, Pavel lists the Heavy Day, Light Day, Medium Day protocol for presses. The presses and their associated ladders seem straightforward on page 137, but on Page 150 under RKC ROP Training Plan Summary, things seem to get a bit more confusing.
Also, regarding swings and snatches, pages 140-143 seem to indicate just doing time (2:00 to 12:00 depending on die roll), but pages 150 and 151 under the Training Plan Summary give a set/rep scheme.
Perhaps this gets asked frequently, but this is my first real run at the ROP and I want to get it right.
