Burpees- 200 reps

Choose whatever set/rep scheme you wish. I’ve done sets of 50 swings with 20 burpees and sets of 100 swings with 40 burpees. Now, my definition of a burpee is:
Squat, pushup position, down, up, squat, jump up and reach for the sky.
Note: I can do 15-20 burpess per minute and 33-36 swings per minute. Do the math and that’s roughly 25 minutes of work, depending on how fast I’m moving. That doesn’t leave a whole lot of time to rest. It will make a man/woman out of you for sure.
I accomplished this last night in 29:06. My best time is 28:15. It’s a real smoker. Simple and effective. Gotta love it. Enjoy
