Some more advice please. I have completed ladders with the 24kg. This took me 6 weeks to do (took two weeks on 5 rungs). I’m actually surprised this happened so quick as the first week I struggled with 3 x 3. It did take me a long time to get done – 55 minutes.
Now I just went to test myself with the 32kg which I had bought to do TGUs with and I can’t press it even once.
Now what would people here think would be the best thing to do.
I can see a few options -
1)Keep doing 24kg 5×5 for a few more weeks and really compress down the rest between ladders and rungs.
2)Get a 28Kg (plus spend a couple more weeks on 24 first to compress time down), I’d wanted to avoid this if possible
3)Get a 12Kg and do stacked presses with my 16kg and ladder this.
