I’m new to the forum and have some questions regarding training routines. First some background. I’m 30 yrs old, 5′7, weigh about 235, about 25% bodyfat, maybe more. My main goal is to get that bodyfat percentage to about 10%. I’m going after a good looking physique, but I also want to be as strong as I look.
I’ve been doing the Fatigue Cycling Bodybuilding routine 3x per week for a month and its been working well. I just bought Naked Warrior and wanted to know if I could combine the two routines without sabotaging myself. Obviously, for my goals I’ve cleaned up my diet and do interval training on the treadmill for my cardio. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.
