Circuit style training for bjj/mma

Been doing BJJ for a few months now and love it, I want to change my training now a bit to help with it, looking to increase my strength, endurance, power, cardio, also any mass which comes with it is a plus.
Hoping some of the guys on here who train MMA athletes can give me some info on how they train them, I was thinking circuit style training mainly with kettlebells and gymnastic rings.
