I’ve started the progressions and have specifically noticed that during the wall pushups I am experiencing a majority of the burn in my shoulders (side, rear) not my chest. Also, with the knee tucks I’m feeling it more in my hip flexors and low back than my abs. Not discomfort but more or less just the burn of the exercise.
Are these exercises supposed to target the chest and abs or am I doing something wrong that is taking away from the target area?
