I have a couple questions
Are there any websites that possibly has calories burned per Kettlebell rep? I know it will depend on bell size, etc but was just curious. I am really getting into calories burned vs calories taken in and trying to avoid all the other diet non-sense that goes away from this. Thanks
When I do a snatch, will holding and squeezing my upper body tight and holding for a few seconds, strengthen/stabalize my shoulder area more than just pushing out reps?
