Does anyone here recommend bracketing?
its about taking 2 gainers withing 30min after the workout.
First take one right after the workout, and then take another one 30min later.
1g/carbs/body kg and 0.5g/prot/ body kg!
So for me 90kg i need 90g carbs and around 40-45g protein, and take that 2 times.
thats amazing 180g carbs and 90g protein. How will that help me?
I am just curious cause some dude at my gym are talkin about this all the time to all the people in the gym!
