When ever i start to workout, after about a month or 2 into a new routine, i burn out and get injuries.
i was doing a 5×5 routine like stronglifts.com recently
As of now my traps, lower back hips and upper outer quads, and hamstrings are extremely tight and i cant do even light running or walking without getting even more stiff and fatiqued with pain.
I quit using weights bring me too much tension in neck
Ive been to doctors and they say its imflamed and give me anti imflamatories, but that doesnt fix the problem, only temporarily helps.
what do you guys thing of super joints. i did it tonight and the exercises helped. the strength flexibility drills were tough.
i think il do super joints mon – fri.
what wud you guys do in my situation?
