Does anyone have any thoughts on whats the best time of day to exercise. I was thinking of doing me workout first thing in the morning within 10 mins of getting up.

Should i be eating first or after there seems to be a lot of conflicting advice on whats best, or should i wait til later in the day.
the thought of exercising early and getting it out of the way before you get to bogged down with everyday life sounds good, I am brilliant at ‘forgetting’ to do it later in the day.
