Best routine for building functional MASS

Hey comrades,

Since April Ive been doing Vo2 and various KB cardio stuff. Im really enjoying it so far. But I have decided to do a mass building routine starting Aug 15, with cardio in the morning and a precise Parillo nutrition routine to elevate metabolism and keep lean.

However Im stumped to which weightlifting routine I should do? Im down between Dorian Yates routine from PP with certain adjustments to the exercises, Return of the Kettlbell, or some Powerlifting routine from BB or PP(which im not really in the mood to do.)

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated Comrades.
