Beginner’s question – fat loss

Hello!

I’m a new in this game..

I have 12kg & 16 kg kettlebell

How many times a week I must train for fat loss?

I train according Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout (The Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout – Keith Weber, BScPT, RKC)

These routines:

-Tha Manmaker
-The Leg Burner
-The Upper Body Blast

Sometimes The Slingshot..

+ stationary bike – 30-60min

Sometimes (instaed ExtremeKCW) I do TGU, C&P, many SWING/SNATCH, pull/chin up + bike – this is my variety day..

1.) 3 times a week this routine and stationary bike (40-60min.) is OK ?

2.) Add 12min 1min Swing/1min active rest? More than 12 min.?

3.) Circuit training is better than training ETK – for fat loss ?

4.) How I must train?
