I am new to kettlebell. I have yet to do an actual workout, but it seems like exactly what I am wanting. However, I tend to research everything so that I can do it right the first time. So figured I would ask the people who know….
Where do I start? Is there a good beginner video? I had wrist surgery in March and am fully cleared to exercise but have less ability with weights in that hand…also I am overweight (did read that in the faqs) so is it better to start out with a lighter kettlebell? I know it is recommended to use an 8kg (on your site) for women…I actually bought an 8pound one to get used to it before moving up…was that the right thing to do?
