As you may be aware, I recently got some big bad bells (2x40kg and 1xBEAST)
I have been swinging the beast loads and love it, sore glutes and hammy’s.. good times.
I have read Tommy Blooms BEAST MONTH (http://www.tommyblom.com/the-beast-month/) article and am intrigued and have started to give it a go.
I was wondering what other people have experienced with BEAST Swings (or any heavy swings for that matter) in terms of work capacity, body composition, ripped hands (my middle finger on my right hand is ripped to shreds), weight loss, muscle gain, definition etc.
I’m looking to do 150 swings minimum with each workout.
