Can I incorparate those exercises in beyond building which pavel has layed out as good?
What my real concern is, which has been for a while now, is I am worried about tgetting big, mass etc. Now I want muscles, but if I had to have a certain look it would be bruce lee type look, A aware that his body type is different to mine, but in terms of mass, his quiete a slim body building look. Can I achieve this type of muscle build with the 2×5 approach or is this wrong. I really need to know so if anyway has info please reply.
