About a year and a half ago I tore my achilles tendon, dislocated my left elbow and shoulder, tore extensor muscles in my rt. elbow (forearm muscles) and had carpal tunnel in both wrists and sprained my SI Joints……..
took a lot of time off to heal, am fairly pain free now but pretty weak. Whent to the gyn today and just did a basic routine of squats, db mil. presses and db bent rows about 5×5 on each. It felt great and I am good sore!!! Wanting to build my base up again the right way. I live in Eureka in Norther Cali and wondering who is the nearest good movement coach and can also screen me for asymetrical patterns and skips in my kinetic chains…
