i recently purchased a 24kg kettlebell and started with the basic kettlebell moves. i quickly got problems with my lower back and i blame it onto getting too early into cleans and presses.
The thing is, i have done those exercises with dumbells for years, without much problems. I would say i have a very good "feel" for my body and and usually do things like that instinctively right.
Now after feeling my back decided to do it the real way, just swings and tgu for the next time, and now i feel my back after doing two hand swings, without overdoing it, good hipsnap etc., with one hand db swings i never had that problem.
My main question is, Is there something i have to take into account with two hand swings that doesn`t matter with the one arm version?
