Basically it is a jerk for 4 minutes, a short break, and then cleans for 4 minutes with one arm switch. I tried the S-32 at 65 kilo (143 lbs) BW and got 48 cleans (24L/24R) and 34 Jerks (17L/17R). So I didnt qualify with the Jerks, but it is still a PR-especially when I used only DD bells and dont train jerks that often.
