I have a client who is exceptionally strong and is starting to own the bulldog. He’s got his eye on the beast challenge and is already closing in on a beast press. He wants to do the beast challenge and is considering going to Denmark next year to demonstrate and do the RKC but he has a problem with pistols. His build just wont allow it, not sure if its to do with the achilles, soleus or whatever but he just isnt built to do a pistol. (He can squat 410 by the way so its not about leg strength)
What would be a substitute exercise he could do with the beast that would be approved as a passed Beast Tamer?
