Since I am about 11 weeks out from the RKC I decided to do one last max out before I put all my effort into training for the RKC. I quess I wasn’t thoroughly warmed up…whatever…I strained it. I can walk on it, no bruising, I can even do a non weighted squat, but I think (I know) swings and snatches are out of the question for at least 2 weeks.
Any advice on how I can keep up some high VO2 training while letting this hammy heal? I have 11 weeks to go….don’t wanna screw up now. Freakin out here!
