Advice

I am looking for some thoughts. I fractured my radial head (elbow) about 4 years ago. To fix it they put in a few small screws. Since the surgery, my elbow creaks, clicks and hurts. I have been to multiple Dr.s. I went yesterday to see about removing the hardware. It turns out the hardware is buried deep into the bone and cannot be removed. The pain is due to arthritis.

Before yesterday,I was planning on starting the ROP after 6 months of swings and getups. I have always just done the PM and got great results. Here’s my question. Should I just stick with swings and getups and never move on to the ROP? I always wanted to eventually complete the ROP, but I think the heavy volume will make my elbow worse.

My goals are just general fitness and weigh loss.

Any insight or advice would be greatly appreciated.
