I just had ACL reconstruction on the same knee (left) 7 years apart. The one last week is a patellar tendon graft. I have 2 questions: 1) Will having part of my patellar tendon removed reduce the range of motion for pistols and front squats? I was doing bad leg pistols with a 16 kg at one time but further damage stopped me, hence the surgery. 2) Any ideas for KB training while I am rehabbing. I’m a week out of surgery and I have started floor presses and pullovers along with stiff leg situps with the 16kg just to get moving. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.
