Showing that’s she’s not just the Queen of the KB Swing, Tracy decided to give the 16 kg snatch training a break today and play with the 12 kg. The original idea was for her to snatch for 30 minutes straight but when she hit that strongly she wanted to break her own record and kept going for another 10 minutes no problem.I’m not sure what the old record was but she’ll put it up on her blog.
She only stopped because her swing/snatch class students were showing up and she had to teach( lead!) the next class.
Oh yeah, she had swung for 30 minutes before the snatch marathon with her first class.She should be back from her Bikrams class any minute and will blog about the experience soon.
Some kind of crazy ultra endurance kb work eh? She’s participating as a candidate in next months San Jose RKC and wants to make sure she’s ready.

I did 400 or so one arm swings and was very happy with my effort, lol.
