734 Calories?

I just did VWC snatches: 15:15, 80 sets of 7 with a 16k. I have a heart rate monitor watch, but not one that continuously monitors hr and calculates calories burned. I took my heart rate several times during the 40 minutes, and averaged it to 174.

I went to the website below, and calculated my calories burned. I am male, 32 years old, 198 pounds. I estimated my VO2 max to be 45, based on an equation I found online (max heart rate divided by resting heart rate, times 15).

It said I burned 734 calories in 40 minutes.

My question is this: is there anyone on this forum with similar variables, who does snatches with a heart rate monitor? Do you get results consistent with this?

It seems too good to be true.
