I’m in a good mood. We are already giving anyone that attends the HKC the day before a discounted cost on the Athletic Development workshop, but why should we not be more generous.
Email me by midnight Sunday and I will send you a link (that will be good for 24 hours) which will allow you to register for $150. If you are an RKC, see the instructor forum. Eight hours with a Master instructor here in Missouri! It was big before when we had a Senior Instructor, but now it is with one of the Master instructors.
If you live within 4 hours and don’t attend, you should be forced to do Jillian Michaels Kettlebell workouts for a month!
